REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Service Fees
   All consultancy and service fees paid to Go-Traworld for visa guidance, documentation assistance, or application support are non-refundable. These fees reflect the time, expertise, and administrative efforts involved in providing our services. Once the process has been initiated, any cancellation by the customer will not entitle them to a refund of service fees.
2. Visa Rejection by Embassy/Consulate
   The decision to grant or refuse a visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Go-Traworld has no control over the outcome of any application; therefore, service fees paid to us are non-refundable in the event of a visa rejection. Additionally, any fees paid to embassies/consulates, VFS/biometrics charges, or third-party payments made on behalf of the applicant are strictly non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Before Submission
   If a customer decides to discontinue services before the submission of documents to the Embassy or Consulate, partial refunds (up to 50% of the consultancy fee) may be considered, depending on the stage of work completed.
4. Non-Delivery of Service
   In rare instances where Go-Traworld is unable to provide the agreed consultancy services due to reasons solely attributable to us, a full or partial refund may be processed after an internal review.
5. Refund Timelines
   Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–8 business days to the original or preferred mode of payment.
